Jabra SP200 Bluetooth speakerphone

Since the increase in users buying mobile accessories, many third party companies have developed headphones in different designs and featuring different properties. But not everyone likes to use bluetooth headsets forever. If a person has to be wearing a headset throughout the day, it can be a little irritating and painful too. Continuously wearing headsets can be painful to ears.

An alternative is using bluetooth speakerphone. Jebra came up with SP700 model earlier which was a high end model with a lot of premium features. But the price and complexity was an issue with many people reluctant to buy the speakerphone. For that reason, Jebra launched a downgraded version of SP700 with less features and extremely simple design. The lack of premium features was one factor, but the price and design being good enough, buyers had to try it out. And they were certainly not disappointed. SP200 is a basic Bluetooth Speakerphone with simple UI and easy-to-use controls. The dimensions are 2.2×0.9×4.9 inches and it weighs just 3 oz.

Additional features include built-in DSP, Echo cancellation and noise cancellation technology and auto power off trigger. The speakerphones support Mono sound output mode and Hands Free Profile. Wireless transmission range is also good- 33 feet. The device is powered by a rechargable Li-ion battery which can be charged via USB cable provided. The battery provides a run time of up to 10 hours. The product is secured by 1 year limited warranty. The speakerphone is compatible with most leading phones including iPhone 3G. The basic speakerphone costs around $49.
